The hotel is conveniently located in the Sunnyvale-Santa Clara area, offering easy access to explore Silicon Valley and a quick trip to SFO. The rooms are lovely, neat, and well-kept, despite opening up to the parking lot, which can be a tad challenging with heavy luggage. The service is generally good, although support during emergencies could be better. The location is picturesque with beautiful greenery, palm trees, and a swimming pool to enjoy. Unfortunately, the absence of a break room leads to guests being loud in the parking lot. The dining experience was quite satisfying with a varied selection, including home-made products.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not in the best condition, with filthy stains on the walls, a malfunctioning bathroom shelf, and constant noise disturbances. However, the hotel's proximity to greenery was a nice touch. The lack of amenities like a hairdryer or microwave and the persistent smell of smoke were disappointing. The service, although friendly and allowing room changes, could have been more customer service-oriented. The location, while convenient to nearby shopping centers and the business district, also had its drawbacks, being situated near a laundry room and generating noise. The dining options were average, with a decent Continental Breakfast available, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, the value for money was questionable considering the room conditions and lack of essential facilities.
